#3. Once you’re ready to go – Pump Up the Playlist – Your workouts don’t have to be boring!! Crank up your favorite tunes (70s funk or rock would be my choice) and get your body rockin’! Create a killer playlist that makes you want to move and groove like nobody’s watching…or like you know you did back in the day! Pop in your earbuds, strap on the sneaks, and let’s get it!
