I often remind my clients that maintaining our bodies requires constant diligence. Eating clean and healthy works, but if you stop, it stops working. My advice? Form good lifetime habits, ditch the yo-yo dieting, and focus on eating to sustain your wellness. It’s all about helping you “Live long and leave a good-looking corpse!”
