Whether you’re a seasoned boxer or stepping into the ring for the first time, my boxing fitness training is designed to enhance overall fitness and well-being. It’s inspired by the engaging and challenging aspects of authentic boxing training, known for its cardio benefits and strength-building qualities. Our approach provides the option to spar with others, but the primary focus is on using punching bags, ensuring both a safer workout and eliminating the risk of head injuries like concussions.

This is an ideal way to experience the benefits of boxing-inspired training while prioritizing your safety and health.

We Train Like REAL Fighters

In Fitness Boxing, our training is versatile and tailored to accommodate various fitness and experience levels. It encompasses three key types of exercises:

Cardio: This component is all about boosting your heart rate quickly. It includes footwork and agility moves, jumping rope, and other exercises that get your cardiovascular system in gear.

Strength: Boxing demands strength, and it’s evident in the physiques of professional boxers. Our program incorporates strength-building exercises and core work to enhance your muscle strength and power.


Boxing Intervals: We also include actual boxing techniques, whether you have a partner or not. This involves working with heavy bags, speed bags, double-end bags, shadow boxing, and striking the instructor’s punching mitts. You’ll learn authentic boxing punch combinations and how to defend yourself effectively.

Our Boxing/MMA-inspired workouts are thoughtfully designed to cater to individuals of all ages, genders, and skill levels. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to the world of boxing, our program offers a dynamic and engaging path to improved fitness and well-being.
