Most of us unintentionally breathe incorrectly, leading to neck and upper body tension. Try this. Take a deep breath. If your chest moves more, you’re chest breathing. If your stomach moves, you’re nailing belly, abdominal, or what I love to call Buddha breathing which is the correct way to breathe.
